I think that the typeface you chose for cartoon is really effective. I love how the outline is like 2D newspaper cartoons. I thought that tired was a little to geometric and “awake,” but other than that I liked all of your other choices.

“Quickly” is a bit too controlled, “tired” a bit perky, and “friendly” is rather innocuous. But on the strong side are “heroic,” “athletic” and “sophisticated.”
