The statement that stuck with me was said best by Rachel Schwartz. She said “Do work that makes you happy, and you will be proud of.” I have always made it a goal of mine to make my best work, despite time restrictions or even a clients attitude. Lately I have been creating for clients that are strict on branding regulations (color swatches, style guides, etc.) which can frustrate designers and put them in a box. That’s why I am very excited to step outside of my element in this class. Do something on the more free flowing side, less than branding side.
