I really like the birds at the top of the timeline because they add detail color, and frame the piece. I also like the columns and the detail at the top, but I wish there was more detail throughout the columns because it makes the piece a little top heavy. The timeline s easy to read and a different approach to the timeline that represents your period. I also think since your period is older, for the dates and titles of events on the timeline, a serif font would’ve fit better since sans serif gives off more of a modern and sleek feeling.
